Public Key Signing Policy

All public keys signed with key 0xAE4E425C and key 0xCD1A52B9 have been verified by face-to-face contact and careful checking of the german Personalausweis or a similar document.

The following policy is used:

• E-Mail adresses are not checked (although they are usually used to arrange the meeting)
• Date, city and country of birth are checked using the Personalausweis
• Instructions like »Don't use the following e-mail address: foo@bar.com« or »Please prefer this key: 0x12345« must be confirmed by the key owner during the meeting.
